Min Zhu Joins MarinHealth’s Leadership Team as Vice President of Operations
Min Zhu will be responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for operations for inpatient and outpatient care.
MarinHealth today announced Min Zhu has joined the MarinHealth leadership team as Vice President of Operations. In this new role, Zhu will be responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for hospital operations for inpatient and outpatient care, assuring the delivery of high-quality care with an emphasis on service excellence, and meeting or exceeding organizational performance expectations. Reporting to MarinHealth CEO David Klein, MD, Zhu will oversee the cardiovascular service line, several hospital core services, and special enterprise-wide projects.
“Min brings to MarinHealth a breadth and depth of experience in healthcare operations, leadership, and strategy that spans nearly 14 years, including 11 years at UCSF Health,” said David Klein, MD, CEO, MarinHealth. “With Min’s leadership, I am confident that our operations will continue to evolve and grow. We are thrilled to welcome her to our executive leadership team.”
Prior to joining MarinHealth, Zhu held the position of Executive Director of Strategy at UCSF Health for several years. Before this, she held the position of Operations Manager and Project Director, Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care.
Zhu has a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
