Addressing Women’s Sexuality and Side Effects after Pelvic Radiation

Exclusively for women who have completed or are currently undergoing pelvic radiation as part of their cancer treatment, this intimate presentation will address cancer survivorship and pelvic health, including:

• Long-term side effects of pelvic radiation (vaginal dryness & fibrosis, painful intercourse, etc.)
• Sexual dysfunction during/after cancer treatment
• Vaginal atrophy and the use of vaginal dilators
• Recommendations for relieving symptoms

About Our Presenter

Dr. Sujatha Pathi is a board certified and fellowship-trained specialist in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. Her area of focus include surgical and non-surgical treatments for urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, fecal incontinence, defecatory dysfunction, pelvic pain, and childbirth-related pelvic floor dysfunction.
