Mom's Support Group

This free, ongoing group is an opportunity for moms and babies to get together in a relaxed environment to express the joys and concerns of being a new mother. This support group contains a variety of topics including nursing, newborn care, parenting, and other common experiences. Click here for a list of topics broken out by date.

Not only is this a great opportunity to meet other new moms, but a scale is also provided for you to weigh your baby every week. The group is facilitated by a Registered Nurse/International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). 

Drop-ins are welcome and no sign-up is required. All mothers are invited to join regardless of where they delivered their baby.
