About Provider In the second decade of his career, Dr. Alexander Threlfall's focus in psychiatry resides in reaching populations with limited access to high quality mental health services with a focus on diagnostic accuracy, reducing polypharmacy, and addressing all aspects of an individual's goal to maintaining positive health and wellbeing. Dr. Threlfall's philosophy is embedded in working with an individual's entire clinical team, including with the goal of a coordinated approach to clinical decision making. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working as a consulting psychiatrist to Veterans and individuals with substance use difficulties, HIV, intellectual and developmental disabilities, trauma, unstable housing, and dementia.
