Christopher Migdal, MD

Driven by a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental illness, Dr. Christopher Migdal chose psychiatry in order to foster long-term therapeutic relationships that promote sustained well-being. He employs a conservative approach to medication management, prioritizing careful assessment and personalized treatment plans to minimize risk and ensure the best long-term outcomes for his patients. Prior to joining MarinHealth’s outpatient Psychiatry practice, he provided hospital-based care at MarinHealth Medical Center.

Outside of work, Dr. Migdal enjoys cycling, hiking, running, and basketball, as well as spending time with friends and family.
