Jerome C. Smith, MD,MPH,FAAP

Dr. Jerome Smith sees children from the newborn period to college years and provides full-spectrum primary care pediatrics. His philosophy of care is influenced by the concept of Life Course Health Development - that one's life trajectory can be influenced by multiple factors in childhood and adolescence. He focuses on prevention, early identification of developmental difference, and the proper care of acute and chronic disease so that children can grow into healthy adults. Dr. Smith has lived in Sonoma Valley since 2006 and is the father of twin boys.
