In-Person Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. To schedule an appointment for an in-office evaluation or surgery, please call our office: 1-415-925-8200, or submit your request via MyChart. Appointments are booked with ample time to address patients' needs and ensure our physician remains on time. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency room.
Telehealth Appointments
For the convenience of our patients, our office is pleased to offer telehealth appointments. You can use your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with webcam to connect with your provider from the comfort of your home. You will be able to see and hear your provider for a real-time, video-based interaction. Call our office for more information or to schedule an appointment.

At MarinHealth Spine Institute, we accept most insurance plans. We recommend you verify with your insurance company, that our doctors are participating providers in your network. Pre and Post-Operative Instructions
The way you care for yourself before - and after treatment is often almost as important as the treatment itself. Our team works hard to provide the best possible care, and we want to make sure that you experience optimal results as well. We provide all of our patients with post-operative instructions, which contain detailed guidelines for how to take care of yourself after treatment. Your instructions will be specific to your treatment and will be designed to best address your post-operative needs. We suggest reviewing these instructions before your treatment so you can come prepared with any questions you may have.
