Rachel has been living and thriving with type 1 diabetes since the age of 4. She is also passionate about mental health and is particularly interested in the intersection of mental health and chronic illness – especially as it relates to people with diabetes.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking the many trails of Marin County with her husband and dog Max, cuddling up on the couch with her cat Sage, and going to see live music.
