MarinHealth’s Healthy Weight for Wellness Program is not just another “diet.” It’s a 12-week integrative lifestyle program designed to help you lose weight safely and effectively. It is proven to help patients set realistic goals, become more aware of their eating and exercise habits, listen to their body’s natural signs for hunger and satiety, and learn how to manage eating triggers.

Choose Your Approach
We offer several program options so you can choose the approach that works best for you:
- Individual: Private, in-person coaching sessions. Also includes body composition testing, body measurements, and accountability weigh-ins.
- Virtual: Private coaching sessions by video and/or phone for your convenience.
- Small Group (3 – 6 people): Two private coaching sessions combined with 10 weekly group sessions to enhance peer support. May be offered in person or virtually.
Meet Your Program Leader
Pamela Riggs, MS, RDN, CSOWM is a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management. Not only is she passionate about helping others achieve and maintain a healthier weight, she has expertise in women’s health, cancer and heart disease prevention, prediabetes, and integrative nutrition practices. She strives to help her patients stay motivated, sustain positive lifestyle changes, and ultimately be their best selves.
