Reducing Stress After Cancer Treatment
Undergoing cancer treatment can be filled with physical, psychological, and social changes that affect one’s well-being. When treatment ends it can be an optimal time to take advantage of healing modalities for reducing stress. The MarinHealth Integrative Wellness Center offers various a variety of services and resources to foster healing and recovery during this time. Integrative modalities such as guided relaxation, Jin Shin Jyutsu, acupuncture, massage therapy, qi gong, and yoga are available to help relieve stress and promote well-being.
