Providers within MarinHealth Medical Network can refer to us through APeX or Epic. Be sure to select “Ambulatory Referral to Hand Therapy,” or "Referral to Occupational therapy (to MHMC)." This will auto-select the correct department for Occupational Therapy at MarinHealth. Providers outside MarinHealth Medical Network can refer their patients to us by submitting a referral through the below form.
