An Innovative Resource for Patients, Physicians, and Caregivers

MarinHealth offers a broad range of services for people who need help managing a chronic illness, caring for a loved one, navigating the healthcare system, or making plans for their healthcare in the long-term. We offer palliative care for hospitalized patients, as well as in an outpatient setting through our MarinHealth Supportive Care clinic, and also offer guidance around Advanced Care Planning.

We know our patients have extremely varied needs and we tailor our services to the individual. We take a whole-person approach to care, and we are here to support both patients and caregivers

Additionally, MarinHeath’s Spiritual Care team offers emotional and spiritual support for hospitalized patients and their families and friends, regardless of beliefs or religious affiliation.
